Westfield Bank Recognized for Informational Web Site


The December 2006 edition of Internet Banking Growth Strategies recognized the Westfield Bank web site as “web site of the month” for its effective content, ease of use and community appeal.

Reaching more than 1,200 financial institution marketing professionals and presidents, the subscribers utilize this publication for information on countrywide trends in community banking and credit unions.

The Westfield Bank site offers the customer focus of a community bank while offering features found with larger financial institutions. The most notable feature of the web site is the video testimonials of community banking customers sharing their experience with Westfield Bank. One Bank client commented, “I don’t think of them as my bankers, I think of them as my friend.”

While Westfield Bank excels as building community relationships, they also offer online services that compete with larger banks by providing such services as detailed information on bank access points, ATM locations, scanning and transmitting checks from the office, and products and services for Health Savings Accounts.

Westfield Bank's web site delivers on the Bank’s adage to “Dream Big, bank small” through its community focus of personalized service with its corporate features.
