Denis joined Westfield Bank in May 2003, following six months of contract work where he provided expert credit underwriting and administrative services, assisted the lending staff in
assembling transactions and providing management reporting. In the Spring of 2004, Denis joined the agency services group, where he currently acts as underwriter for both premium
finance and agency services loans. He is also responsible for credit administration of the agency services portfolio and maintenance of the Premium Finance Loan Manager operating system.
Prior to joining Westfield, Denis began his career in 1984 with LaSalle National Bank in Chicago. He then worked for National City Bank and FirstMerit Bank, both in Cleveland. His
duties included commercial lending with a commercial real estate focus, corporate loan review and credit administration.
Denis earned his BA in Financial Administration from Michigan State University, an education provided through a full football scholarship. He attended St. Edward High School in Cleveland
and was a member of the National Honor Society.
His volunteer activities include helping with fund-raising events at St. Edward High School and Cleveland Central Catholic High School. Denis is also a certified basketball official.
Denis lives in Lakewood with his ten year old twins, Jack and Eric. He enjoys coaching and helping his boys with their sporting and academic activities.
